Welcome to TripsRunner. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our flight price monitoring service. By accessing or using TripsRunner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our service.
TripsRunner is operated by a company registered in the United Kingdom with Company Number 10661705. Our registered office is in the United Kingdom, and we operate under UK law.
By creating an account, accessing, or using our service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
TripsRunner is a flight price monitoring service that helps users track flight prices with flexible search agents. Our service monitors third-party flight prices and sends alerts when prices match your criteria. You purchase tokens which are used to create and run search agents that monitor flight prices.
To use certain features of our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Providing accurate and complete information during registration
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.
Our service operates on a token-based system:
You purchase tokens to use our flight monitoring services
Each agent query consumes a specified number of tokens
Tokens are non-refundable once used
Unused tokens may be refunded within 7 days of purchase (see Refund Policy)
We use Stripe for secure payment processing
Token prices may change with notice. Purchased tokens will be honored at the rate they were bought.
You may request a refund within a maximum of 7 days from the date of purchase, provided that the purchased tokens have not been used. Once tokens are used for agent queries, they are non-refundable. To request a refund, please contact our customer support at info@tripsrunner.com.
You agree not to:
Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Scrape, copy, or misuse our content or flight search results
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code or algorithms
All content, features, and functionality of TripsRunner, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Flight price alerts and search results provided to you are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

Your use of TripsRunner is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to such collection and use.
Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
Uninterrupted or error-free service
We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that any errors will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TripsRunner and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the service
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or your personal information
Any interruption or cessation of the service
Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the service
Any errors or omissions in content or flight price data
Any conduct or content of any third party on the service
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TripsRunner and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Unused tokens may not be refunded upon termination for breach of Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TripsRunner regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements.
